1. Return Eligibility


In accordance with Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) guidelines and applicable consumer protection laws, returns are not accepted for food products once the order has been delivered.

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of food items, and to ensure hygiene, safety, and quality compliance, all food products are non-returnable after delivery, irrespective of whether the packaging is opened or unopened.

2. Refund Eligibility & Conditions


Refunds shall be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • The order is successfully cancelled prior to shipment, or

  • The customer receives a product that is damaged, leaked, expired, or materially different from what was ordered, subject to verification.

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5–7 business days, as per standard banking timelines..

3. Non-Returnable Products


The following items are strictly non-returnable under all circumstances:

  • Opened, partially used, or consumed food products

  • Sealed food items once delivered

  • Products damaged due to improper storage or mishandling after delivery

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Products reported after the allowed complaint window

  • Products past expiry after successful delivery

This policy is enforced to comply with FSSAI food hygiene, contamination prevention, and public health safety standards.

4. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Products


If a customer receives:

  • A damaged product

  • A leaked or opened package

  • An expired product

  • An incorrect product

The customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by providing clear photo or video evidence of the product and packaging.

Upon verification, we may offer, at our sole discretion:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund

No claims will be entertained beyond the specified reporting period.

5. Procedure to Raise a Complaint


To report an issue, customers must provide the following details:

  • Full Name

  • Order ID

  • Registered Phone Number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photo or video proof of the product and packaging

6. Cancellation Policy​


  • Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped.
  • Once an order has been dispatched or delivered, cancellation is not permitted.

    For prepaid orders cancelled prior to shipment, a full refund will be initiated.

    • Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006

    • FSSAI hygiene and food handling regulations

    • Applicable Indian consumer protection laws

  • By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this policy.
